Fabricated & Overwrapped Tubes
Expand your containment and protection possibilities with fabricated plastic mesh tubing from Industrial Netting. Watch our video to learn all you need to know about fabricated tubes!
We fabricate plastic mesh tubes from a variety of thermoplastic substrates using our proprietary "forming" process. Industrial Netting has the unique capability to form tubes from flat or roll form netting. In our proprietary process, netting is formed and sealed to form a broad range of tube possibilities - from small diameter fine meshes to heavier, larger diameter tubes and sleeves.
Need a strong core to support lighter-weight fabric or mesh surfaces? Industrial Netting can wrap and weld aperture films, extruded plastic nettings, woven meshes, or nonwoven fabrics to the outer surface of our plastic rigid mesh tubes to create a permanent bond bond between the core and the filter membrane. This provides the separation features of nonwovens, or fine mesh, with the strength of a rigid tube.
Aperture films and plastic woven mesh fabrics offer finer openings than traditional extruded nets. These unique meshes can be combined with over 100 rigid mesh tube sizes ranging from 0.64-inch inside diameter to 4.5-inch inside diameter to create a custom structure.
