For high temperature, non-stick, surfaces check out our line of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) plastic netting. PTFE mesh is used in elevated temperatures or highly caustic environments. It is chemically resistant and self-lubricating. PTFE is also inherently UV stable where UV radiation passes straight through causing no interactions.

Our Polypropylene netting is made from resin that complies with FDA regulations for food contact that is BPA free. It is also designed to be used with UL listed dehydrators. In addition to our poly tray, rack liner products we also have an FDA approved injection molded plastic tray. This tray is currently available at 21" wide x 42" long. These poly trays are reusable, easy to clean, lightweight, and less expensive than stainless steel frames. Polypropylene netting is best used in high temperature applications.

Polyethylene netting is FDA compliant and can be used in hot or cold dehydration applications. It will not crack in cold temperature/cooling applications as polypropylene netting may crack if used in too cold of an environment. Polyethylene Mesh is also softer and more flexible than Polypropylene Mesh giving it high ductility and low friction.

Industrial Netting can sheet or die cut your order to fit a wide range of chrome or stainless steel shelves, trays, sheets, screens, and racks. Our custom frames have been designed to incorporate an edge tab that allows for easy installation and removal of die cut plastic mesh.
