  1. Use of an Ultrasonic cleaner of 150 watts or less. Fill cleaner with water at a temperature of between 70 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and place sieves in edge wise for 30 seconds to one minute - remove and let Air-Dry.

  2. An alternative method is to use Freon T.F. Using a container, 2000 mil beaker or equivalent, and add Freon T.F. to about 2" depth. Place beaker in ultrasonic cleaner, insert precision sieve edgewise, and rotate the sieve so all parts are exposed to the cleaning action - about 30 seconds to one minute. Remove the sieve and let Air-Dry. The Freon T.F. can the be filtered and stored in a closed container for future use. The sieves will return to their original weight in a few minutes for contained testing.
