Nylon meshes feature high temperature resistance, excellent strength and low elongation. Nylon 6 has a heat deflection temperature of 347°F (175°C) versus 194°F (90°C) for polypropylene. Many of our Nylon 6 products also comply with FDA regulations for food contact.
Choose from a variety of extruded nylon mesh or woven nylon mesh configurations shown below. Extruded mesh features an integral joint for maximum dimensional stability. Woven mesh offers apertures as small as 25 microns with individual strands at right angles to each other.
