Need a custom mesh with smaller openings than conventional extruded mesh products?
Our woven mesh is produced from a broad variety of synthetic monofilament fibers using equal yarn diameters and equal thread counts in both the warp and weft directions. Choose from nylon, polyester, and polypropylene in a wide range of widths.
Weft or filling threads run across the width of a fabric at right angles to the warp, resulting in a square mesh opening. This precision weaving process creates fine mesh industrial textiles with apertures (hole sizes) as small as 1 micron.
These versatile industrial textiles meet stringent technical requirements in automotive, biomedical, chemical processing, and water treatment applications. For nominal fiber characteristics and physical properties, please visit our Woven Fiber Characteristics page.
Common uses include:
- Classifying
- Filtering
- Screening
- Straining
- Dust Collection
- Membranes
- Spacers
- Support Scrim

Note: Woven Mesh is typically shipped in roll form wound on cores to prevent creases. Occasional flaws are inherent in the weaving process. Excessive handling can increase static that entraps random particles.
