Minneapolis, MN – Industrial Netting expanded its custom fabrication offering with the addition of a 110 ton Freeman Schwabe high speed beam press. This model FM100M can die cut custom netting shapes up to 60 inches wide and 47 inches long.
The versatility of this machine was a key consideration to Plant Manager, Mike Rog. In the first month of production his team processed orders using polypropylene netting as thin as 0.020-inches (0.5mm) and weighing only 3 pounds per one thousand square feet, then shifted to polyethylene mesh over 0.100-inches (2.5mm) thick and weighing over 110 pounds per one thousand square feet.
